Tata Sierra EV Overview

Launched on June 30, 2026, the Sierra EV brings back one of Tata's most nostalgic nameplates in fully electric form. It shares its design language and cabin with the ICE Sierra relaunched earlier in 2026, but rides on Tata's Acti.ev+ platform and borrows its battery and motors from the Harrier EV.

Two battery options are on offer: a 63kWh pack (rear-wheel drive only, claimed 535km range) and a larger 75kWh pack available in both rear-wheel drive (claimed up to 665km MIDC) and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive version Tata calls QWD, with a Boost mode enabling a claimed 5.8 second 0-100kmph time.

Every Sierra EV comes with a lifetime (15-year) high-voltage battery warranty for eligible private owners, and supports 120kW DC fast charging — roughly 20-80% in about 26 minutes.
