The Tata Tiago received a major facelift in May 2026 — more than a cosmetic update, it brings a genuinely new front and rear design, a reworked cabin, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen, while keeping the proven 1.2L petrol and CNG powertrains underneath.

The Tiago holds a 4-Star Global NCAP rating, a solid — though not class-leading — safety result, with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD and electronic stability control across the range. It remains a sensible, well-built budget hatchback rather than a segment-topping safety benchmark.
