Skoda's most affordable SUV — European build quality enters the compact SUV segment
The Skoda Kylaq is Skoda's boldest move to reach more Indian buyers — a compact SUV positioned below the Kushaq with a more competitive starting price, making European build quality accessible in the sub-₹15 lakh segment for the first time from Skoda.
It retains the MQB platform's fundamental solidity and uses the well-regarded 1.0L TSI turbocharged petrol engine, giving it the turbocharged performance character that's a hallmark of Skoda/VW products.
For buyers who've always wanted a Skoda but found the Kushaq slightly out of reach, the Kylaq offers a genuine entry point into the brand.
